The New York District Board is responsible for Circle K on the District Level.  The Executive Board is responsible for overall operations of the New York District.  The Lieutenant Governors are responsible for their individual divisions and work closely with both the Governor and the Club Presidents.  The Committee Chairs are responsible for focusing on specific issues that help keep the District running smoothly, and assist clubs in different projects and activities.
