hfth-week-2016Homelessness is an ever-present problem in many communities across New York State and shelter is not the only commodity necessary to combat it. Hope 4 The Homeless Week is a week-long initiative focused on targeting many different aspects of homelessness through volunteer work. These efforts will help shine light on the true struggle of being homeless and bring together Circle K’ers from all over the state to help end homelessness once and for all. Each day of service will be focused on a different obstacle homeless people face:

Monday – Hunger (PB & J Assembly Line)
Tuesday – Warmth (Clothing Drive)
Wednesday – Essentials (Toiletry Collection)
Thursday – Funds (Gift Card Fundraiser)
Friday – Shelter (Homeless Shelter Volunteering)
